Its now past one month since Uganda government took a strong descion to house arrest the Former Presidential candidate for Forum For Democaratic Change FDC. Many thought it could be short lived but security operatives at Besigye’s Home seem more determined and have vowed not to vacate his premises until he stops the defiance campaign.
